Since 1975, The Little Red Schoolhouse of Metairie has provided young children with a nurturing, creative environment to learn and have fun. Our philosophy is that early childhood should be a time of fun, warmth, security, exploring and discovery, and we aim to provide an atmosphere that encourages social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth and development. Our 10,000 square foot facility provides children with an art room, library, music room, large indoor playrooms, a 1,500 square foot indoor gym and classrooms. Our beautiful playground is 10,000 square feet and is located behind the school.
